Goal: lose 10% of my body weight in 5 weeks.
The plan: eat 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day and burn 1,000 calories with exercise 5 to 6 days a week.
The reward: I get to try a set of those knew body wraps every one is talking about right now. I would really love it if it would help firm my stomach skin.
7:00am ? Fat Free Yoplait Yogurt (I don?t like early mornings; they make for long days. When I have to start eating two hours earlier in the day, it feels like I have to stretch my calories so much further.)
9:00am ? Whole grain English muffin with egg and cheese
Lunch is a delicious chicken Caesar salad with homemade, low-fat Caesar dressing; home made, whole grain croutons; chicken breast and half a tomato. Lots of lettuce so it is very filling: 250 calories.
Snack: cantaloupe and grapes.
Pre-Zumba Fitness food: PB and J
Evening Snack: Air-popped popcorn, one piece salt water taffy and one adult beverage.
Calories for the day: 1,276
Exercise Burned: 1,078
Exercise done: 47 minutes Zumba Fitness, 64 minutes bicycling and 28 minutes running.
Water: more than 100 ounces
